Composite Manufacturing

Refined processes make refined parts and assemblies. At RDD, Composite Manufacturing continually pursues the refinement of cutting, laying-up, curing, and handling composite parts. Many “lean” principles have been leveraged to create a work environment that is cognizant of opportunities to improve the production of each part and employ continuous improvement each step of the way. An awareness is in place of customer requirements at each level of part production to avoid waste and increase value throughout the process. RDD is capable of accurately producing composite parts for a variety of industries from aviation to automotive and others in between.
