A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technician
This position performs general maintenance and inspections on both certified and experimental aircraft; assesses and verifies system results; and locates, troubleshoots, and corrects system failures. You must be very detail-oriented and not afraid to ask questions. It is a very rewarding role as results can be seen quickly. An A&P certificate is typically needed for this position. However, we are willing to consider on-the-job training for someone who has experience working on aircraft engines. Aircraft Paint Technician
Do you have a technically savvy mind as well as a creatively driven soul? This position takes ingenuity and then some. In our paint booth we prep and paint composite surfaces to create an aerodynamically sleek surface. The result is akin to fine art. Composite Lay-Up Technician (Aircraft Manufacturing Technician)
Do you have an insatiable creative bent? Our composite shop constructs tools and parts from a variety of materials. With proper configuration and patience, it’s amazing to see how a piece of fabric can take flight. This position is rewarding to witness as the transformation takes place. Aircraft Interior Technician (Aircraft Manufacturing Technician)
If you are a whizz with a needle and thread, we need you. This area constructs ergonomic and lightweight interior pieces using our personal design. Beauty, comfort and safety are our top priorities.
